Kaila & Evan | Wedding Photography | Lafayette, IN

***UPDATE*** Kaila and Evans personalized webpage is now live. Check it out.

I am sure Kaila was stressed about rain when the day before there had been a thunderstorm and more forecast for the majority of her wedding day. We never did get that rain or storm but we did get all this overcast sky that makes gorgeous, soft light. So even when running around at midday I rarely had to add light. In fact every outside shot in this post (with the exception of the Harry’s sign) is available natural light. A rare thing for me these days.

Speaking of Harry’s and drinking this bridal party was something else. They are somehow able to get crazy and yet when it was time to mount up and get things done they all stepped up. It is not unusual for the bride to charge me with making sure we get to the reception on time. That job is only as easy as the bridal party makes it. I feel I owe every member of the party for keeping me laughing and at the same time never making me feel like a slave driver when I have to give orders. This allowed us to not only make it to every single location on the shot list, but they also had time inside of Harry’s to drink a few and catch up with old friends.

Stay tuned to this post. By Friday evening it will be updated as the personalized web page is launched. It will have a slide show with 30 more images then will be updated again with the album design and signature print.

Michael you are awesome! You were like a cameleon, blending right in! Who would of known you were there, except you have the photos to prove it! I’m glad you had a good time with the bridal party, they are a fun bunch, gotta love those girls! Looking forward to the rest of the pics! Remember…it doesn’t hurt to give the M.O.B. a little Photoshop diet! 😉 lol

      • With a that good looking black dress you don’t even need it.
