One of the aspects I love most about wedding photography are those images that peak behind the curtain of the day and into the deeper relationship of the couple. These images are a little more real and candid then people are used to seeing. They are not planed because well by their nature they can’t be. I don’t know what they are. The couple don’t even know what they are. You can just prep prep and prep to make sure you are ready when you see one. 

Image 19 in this post is that kind of shot. The wedding party were are Lafayette Brewing Company to share a pint before the reception. Anna’s feet hurt so she removed her shoes and rested her feet on Kyle’s knee.  A small moment that says so much about them as a couple. A little moment that may have been forgotten down the road. A small moment I was fortunate enough to be allowed in on.
