Heather’s Flowers | Frankfort, IN | Commercial Photography

Heather approached us for some photography showcasing her floral designs. Even though we’d never met, we’d “worked together” on a wedding in Frankfort last summer for Brittany and Cameron. Heather was a delight to work with, and I’m glad we had nice weather… it was nice to get out and move around again!

Deb Pettry | Testimonial | Family Portrait

Dave,

We had so much fun doing the family “portrait”!! Not a “tilt your head and smile” type of photographer are you? Megan said that evening was definitely a favorite event in her holiday season and we all agreed! Champagne toasts while you did all the work and then the shot in front of Long Center was a blast! Never thought we’d be running across the street arm-in-arm with you lying in the street! Studio poses were spontaneous and fun.

Thank you for the fun evening and the wonderful photos to prove it!

Nick and Jen | Engagement Photography | Lafayette, IN

At ISPhotographic we are always preaching about using an Engagement Session as a tool to learn how a couple photographs. During Nick and Jen’s engagement shoot it quickly became clear that they photographed best when looking at each other. Both Nick and Jen would giggle and glow every time. In fact, Jen lit up so much looking at Nick that she could not even keep a serious face for their mock baseball rivalry shots.

The final location for their shoot deserves some back story; it was Jen’s old front porch where she and Nick kissed for the first time. I hope that my images tell the story half as well as Nick does.

Pettry Family | Fun, Modern Portrait | Lafayette, IN

Deb and Megan wanted a session that was fun, relaxed and off the cuff. They wanted to reflect their family’s affinity for a “night on the town”. I’d say we hit the mark, I had a great time during our night out!

Claire & Bradley | Mini Session | Engagements

What was meant to be a “mini” session (as I call them) yielded “full sized” results. Many of our wedding clients take us up on the offer of an in-studio “mini” engagement session when weather is cold and the full outdoor session won’t happen until weather warms up. In Claire’s case, she brought so many ideas that this could have easily sufficed for the full shoot! Love it!

Missy & Alex | Destination Weddings | Bahamas

Missy and Alex were in town from New Jersey just long enough for a quick Engagement Photo Session. We met in Seattle in July, 2010 at the Phillips-Link wedding. Missy and Alex’s wedding photos should be quite a contrast from these… featuring sunny skies and beaches as we head to the Bahamas for their event! Stay tuned.
